Home Staging...

Nancy Krueger, the owner of, "In Order of Appearance" was a Realtor for over a decade.

Her listings always sold quickly. She realized that if the homeowner followed her instructions on what to do prior to the listing going on the market their home sold more quickly than the competition.

Unknowing, Nancy was already staging her listings. Upon hearing of formal training she immediately signed up. As area realtors learned of her services they wanted their listings staged too!

And so, a business was born...

We try and work with what the seller owns. Sometimes just moving things about makes a huge difference. Sometimes the homeowner needs to do some painting, or removing of wallpaper.
